After the first uncomfortable situation I was then told that the brake test had failed and needed to be repeated which would be another hour sitting in your reception feeling uncomfortable.

My car had a brake service and visual health check. I was told by the service advisor that the cars wiper blades may need replacing also the front tyres were getting near the legal limit. Please make it standard practice to provide an invoice.

Your process for handling company car services needs serious and swift attention. Your staff need to communicate with each other no body knew what was going on. Service was booked 10 days before and still no authorisation obtained.

Problem not fixed first time - annoyed to see same warning lights on/problems with car after being told it was fixed. But problem was fixed when car went in again, which I think took a bit of exploration and time. Appreciate that effort.

brakes replacement. However dashcam was left unplugged with wires hanging down. Also tyre pressure was not corrected so computer notification within a few days to inflate. Not to wash car sign left in car. Not the usual standard from BMW Canterbury

Mathew Reeves was excellent, incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our requirements,
