My car had a brake service and visual health check. I was told by the service advisor that the cars wiper blades may need replacing also the front tyres were getting near the legal limit. Please make it standard practice to provide an invoice.

Appointment was rearranged the needs altered, Matt obligingly gave me a test drive home and I was able to collect the car the next day. Loses a star as the midget who parked the car did not return the seat to the original position I could not sit!

Your process for handling company car services needs serious and swift attention. Your staff need to communicate with each other no body knew what was going on. Service was booked 10 days before and still no authorisation obtained.

Problem not fixed first time - annoyed to see same warning lights on/problems with car after being told it was fixed. But problem was fixed when car went in again, which I think took a bit of exploration and time. Appreciate that effort.

I was reassured by the mechanic's video that a thorough inspection had been done, but not a good start for a £1,002 service package. At least I'll have a BMW service history when I sell the car. Next time I'll book a courtesy car 2 months in advance.

The communication about the completion of the service was particularly bad especially seeing I had called twice and asked for an update. You were unable to collect the car so we had to arrange for a lift to be collected to be taken to work and vice v

brakes replacement. However dashcam was left unplugged with wires hanging down. Also tyre pressure was not corrected so computer notification within a few days to inflate. Not to wash car sign left in car. Not the usual standard from BMW Canterbury

- I had to chase the service team at 330 despite having brought car in at eight. - the suspension was drained of fluid and I will now have to pay to have it fixed. It wasn't perfect when it came in but is terrible after the service. - aircon also

I had a recall appointment and after the checks had been completed it was found that my car was in satisfactory order. Rather than wait two hours I took the shuttle service into town and back. The car also received a clean inside and out.

You restore settings in my car that I then have to try to re set. Eg. my mirror now dips when I engage reverse and I don't want it to, I don't know how to change it back and it's infuriating.

Recall work recently undertaken remains outstanding on the Diagnostic tool. This should have been cleared off. Advised tyre condition would be an MOT failure. This proved to be only an advisory note when passed by local MOT centre.
