The Barrats BMW centre's experience was far superior to my closest BMW centre in Maidstone. How the salesman was and how the car was revealed along with the customer service was a 100% better.

Matt Reed and his superiors could not do enough for us and offered us a reasonable deal on the vehicle exchange. Matt in particular was quick to respond to any queries and always helpful and courteous.

Always seems to be a problem when I book with this branch. I try to bo . I also let them know my oil level issue after the oil change and was told "as long as its between min and max then its ok". I would expect oil full after an oil change.

The whole process was clearly explained and any works discussed in a step by step manner. All costs were explained and the potential work needed graded on a red amber or green format which allowed us to see the overall health of the vehicle.

The work and service from Barretts was good, as always, while my car was there. I was very disappointed with the lack of support I received after receiving a false damage claim from the car hire company. There was no issue when I left it at Barretts.

Could of used more simple terms of repairs/service and was told could match/lower price I was given on quote I get else where, so I feel you could of just given me the lower quote to begin with if you could lower it after I've found lower else where

The vehicle was taken into the workshop at 0930 for the 'vehicle safety check' and then the work that vehicle was there for was not carried out until mid afternoon. To me this is a waste of manpower. Extremely poor show.

We have used Barretts for the maintenance of the X2 since we bought it 3 and a half years ago. We're always kept fully informed and the service reception is excellent due to the friendly engagement and communication.

The self-service key drop is now optional and help is at hand from very friendly staff. I had to wait a little longer than normal due to a tyre needing to be replaced. I was kept up to date at all times.

Servicing & MOT experience was poor. Work was not completed correctly (tyre pressure were incorrect), vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned & I was given the MOT certificate for another vehicle.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Technicians got started on the car a day early. Diagnosis was fast. All costs were clearly explained and then Ellie ensured that I wasn't charged unnecessarily, by taking up my issues directly with BMW!

Staff there managed to do a remote fault check on my car using my VIN number which helped pin point the issue with my car. Once they had done that they diagnosed my car and ordered the part quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough

Prices are extremely expensive for servicing and no negotiation which I have been able to secure with my previous Mercedes vehicle. However the service from reception was excellent and good from service. External wash was poor.

Couldn't fault the service given. Recall check done promptly. Was offered foc health check and report. And vehicle returned within an hour and 15 mins. Full report and quotes for items noted. Car all washed and hoovered out as well. Really good.
